Céron Cove and Islet la Perle

The Céron Cove is, while going back up to the North of Martinique, the second to last beach of the Caribbean coast. Here, the black sand recalls the volcanic origin of the soil. Islet la Perle, visible on the photo, is the gathering place of scuba diving lovers. Another rock, destroyed by the eruption of Mount Pelée in 1902, and whose shape recalled a preacher in chair, gave its name to the village of Le Prêcheur.
